Submitting an SFDC support ticket to Sertifi

If you experience any issues with Sertifi for Salesforce during set up or receive an error message, and aren't sure how to troubleshoot, send us a support ticket so we can help.

To submit a support ticket to Sertifi:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] and provide the following:
    • The name of the record on the object where you set up your Sertifi app.
    • The steps you took that lead you to the error message or issue.
    • Any screenshots that show the error or issue.
    • Your Org ID.
  2. Grant login access to Sertifi Support for Classic or Grant login access to Sertifi Support for Lightning to investigate the issue for three days.

Do NOT create a separate user license for Sertifi to access your Salesforce org. Creating a separate user license doesn't give Sertifi the necessary permissions to successfully investigate and diagnose the issue.
